Facilities
The Hall
A large open area with room for up to 90 people and a “viewing balcony”, the hall is our largest room. It has been marked out for badminton and has been used for table tennis, indoor bowls, dance classes and activities that need space for exercise or movement.
It is the perfect venue too for small events, such as wedding parties, community events where you need to set up several tables.
Size of the hall – 14.25 x 7.0 metres.
Upstairs Meeting Room
The size and shape of the upstairs meeting room makes it the perfect venue for small meetings and private groups. It is shown here being used by one of our Spanish classes.
The room has facilities for up to 35 people.
Size of the meeting room – 8.5 x 5.5 metres.
Downstairs Meeting Room
The downstairs meeting room has the advantage of being next to the kitchen and so suitable for larger groups as it can seat up to 50 or 60 in a lecture style layout. It has a small library and is normally home to the large TV and whiteboard.
The room is ‘L’ shaped into two areas
- Size of the meeting room – 9.25 x 7.0 metres
- Size of the meeting room – 8.5 x 5.5 metres.
Community Garden
We are proud of our community garden. Despite the small size and lack of space, we grow a selection of shrubs, perennials and vegetables in season. You are welcome to come and visit.
